Guarantee of Consistency
Incredible Florist will always attempt to fulfill an order as closely as possible. However, if parts of the order are unavailable they will be substituted with a flower of equal beauty and value. In cases of specialty items, such as items in a ceramic container, a different container with similar value will be used.
Confidentiality and Privacy
You can trust that your personal information is safe and secure with Incredible Florist. All information collected is used for Incredible Florist only to fulfill your request and shall remain confidential. It is our guarantee that no information will ever be released to any third parties. All online credit card transactions utilize secure technology and no information is stored on our server.
48 Hour Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our product, please contact Incredible Florist immediately. In most cases, we would be happy to replace the arrangement. To request a replacement, we must be contacted within 48 hours of delivery. Keep in mind that flowers and plants are perishable and proper care is required. Incredible Florist is not responsible for any product that has been out of our care for more than 48 hours. No refunds or replacements will be made for any order should the recipient or sender not notify Incredible Florist within 48 hours of the original delivery date.
Place your arrangement in a cool location away from drafts and extreme temperatures. If your flowers came in plastic, remove this as soon as possible. Add water daily! Cut stems at an angle about one to two inches from the bottom to keep flowers fresh for longer. Place loose stems or wrapped bouquets of fresh flowers in water as soon as possible.
If any customer claims an order was not delivered, we ask that we are given at least 24 hours to investigate and determine what has happened. Often times delivery was attempted but either the recipient was not home, the business was closed, or there were no neighbors available to accept the order.
Should you need to cancel an order, the cancellation must be made prior to delivery. If a request for cancellation is received after the order is delivered, no refund will be issued. Cancellations will not be accepted if an order is placed with information that prevents direct delivery, such as a wrong address. The customer can update the originally submitted information so that the order can then be properly delivered using the corrected material with an additional fee. If the updated address is outside of the delivery range and we cannot deliver it, only 50% of the order will be refunded.
If you have picked up the floral arrangement or plant, and have seen the quality of the product, it is your responsibility to then care for it once it has left the store. No refunds or replacements will be made if any question of the quality of the arrangement is not given within 48 hours.
Any order that is placed with information that prevents direct delivery and results in a re-delivery will be subject to a $12.95 charge.
